At culturecloud, LLC ("culturecloud"), we recognize the importance of your privacy and your desire to know how we will use any of your personal information. - Data Collection
- We collect limited non-identifying information from everyone who visits the web site, whether you are a registered user or not, that browsers make available whenever a user visits a web site. This information includes your internet protocol address, browser type, browser language, cookies, and use patterns.
- culturecloud collects information about you when you register, when you fill out your personal information as part of building your profile, and as you use the Service. We ask you for personal information (such as your name; zip code; gender; occupation date of birth, email address).
- When registering, you will also be asked to create a unique username and password that you will use to log in and which will identify you as you use the Service. Your password will be maintained on our system in an encrypted form. Please note that culturecloud owns your username and grants you a license to use it while you are a member and reserves all rights to that username once you cease to be a member or following an extended period of inactivity, including but not limited to the right to revoke, reuse, resell, or license it.
- Once you register and sign into the Service you are not anonymous to us.
- Data Use
- culturecloud uses the information we collect for the following purposes: to customize the advertising and content offered on and through the Service, improve our Service, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
- We may share "aggregate information" (as described below) about our users with third parties for various purposes without your permission.
- We also may share all or some of your "personal information" (as defined below) with third parties, subject to laws that require us to first allow you to opt-out of such disclosure.

- culturecloud does not currently rent, sell, share, or otherwise disclose Personal Information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or Services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances
- We may provide certain information to partners who work on our behalf to assist us to accomplish our own statistical, design or operational purposes and who have entered into a confidentiality agreement. As an example we may work with others to estimate our audience size, measure aggregate traffic patterns, and understand demographic, user interest, and other trends among our audience. We may also share information with third-party vendors who assist us in performing internal functions necessary to operate our business.
- culturecloud responds to valid subpoenas, court orders, and other legal proceedings. We may also disclose information if we deem it necessary to exercise our legal rights or to defend ourselves against legal claims.
- We will share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations to our TOS, or as otherwise required by law.

- The Service is only available to persons over 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.
- If you are under 13 you should not register for our Service or otherwise provide personal information on our website.
- If you are under 18, you cannot register for or use any portions of the Service designated as an "adult" portion.
